THE Football Association have this lunchtime announced the draws for the early round of this season’s FA competitions.
This includes the early qualifying rounds of the FA Cup and the first and second qualifying rounds of the FA Trophy and FA Vase.
Steeton are only entered into one of this season’s competitions, the Isuzu FA Vase.
The draws have seen the Chevrons drawn to enter this year’s FA Vase in the First Qualifying Round.
We have been drawn AWAY in the First Qualifying Round where will face Kendal Town.
Kendal Town play their football at Step 5 of the non-league pyramid in the Northern League Premier Division.
This tie will be played on Saturday 15th August, 3pm kick-off, at the Westmoreland Flooring Stadium.
Further details in relation to admission costs and travel for supporters will be confirmed and announced in due course.
The winner of this tie will progress to the Second Qualifying Round where they will be AWAY against the winner of the First Qualifying Round tie between Thackley and Yarm & Eaglescliffe.
