THE West Riding County FA have today announced the First Round draw for the 2025/26 Senior County Cup.
The Senior County Cup, won last season by Route One Rovers, pits the 29 professional and semi-professional clubs within the Non-League system in the county against each other.
Steeton fell at the First Round hurdle last season, being defeated away at Campion in the cruellest of circumstances.
The highest ranked club FC Halifax Town, the defending champions Route One Rovers, and last season’s runners-up Golcar United, have been given byes into the Second Round.
The remaining 26 clubs have discovered their fate with the Chevrons being drawn away at the NCEL Premier Division leaders Tadcaster Albion.
This tie, to be played at the Young Guns Arena, will have its details confirmed in due course by the West Riding County FA.
