The Football Association have this afternoon published the Qualifying Round draws for the 2025/26 edition of the Isuzu FA Vase.
Steeton, who have not registered a win in the competition since their debut appearance in the 2018/19 season, have been drawn away at Park View in the First Qualifying Round.
A fellow Step 6 outfit, plying their trade in Northern League Division Two, the Chester-le-Street based side made their division’s play-offs last season but missed out on promotion to Step 5.
This tie will be played at The Riverside, located next to Durham County Cricket in Chester-le-Street, on Saturday 23rd August with a 3pm kick-off.
Admission and travel details will be confirmed in due course.
Should the Chevvies progress, the Second Qualifying Round will also be away from home against the winner of the tie between Eccleshill United and Guisborough Town.
This was the stage in which Steeton exited the competition last season, being defeated 3-1 away at Barnoldswick Town.
The Second Qualifying Round has been set for Saturday 20th September.
