STEETON have today received a new date for our forthcoming First Division North fixture away at Maghull.
With both teams now having a free weekend, the match at the DT Hughes Community Stadium, originally scheduled for Saturday 13th December, has been brought forward to Saturday 18th October.
The two sides have already met this season in late August, Maghull recording a 3-1 victory over the Chevvies at Marley Stadium.
Admission for this fixture is set at £5 for Adults, £3 for Concessions, and free for Under-16’s.
Our previous visit to Merseyside came on the final day of last season in April, Steeton being defeated 3-2.
The result of this is due to our originally scheduled fixture for that date, at home to Nelson, now being postponed.
This fixture at Marley Stadium will be re-arranged as a result of the Admirals progression to the First Round Proper of this season’s Isuzu FA Vase.
A new date for this match will be confirmed in due course by the North West Counties Football League.
