Good Evening Chevvies, hope you’re all well!
Plenty to go at this month, so let’s get straight into it.
Firstly a fixture update – please find below the fixture list for November.
The home game against Maghull has obviously already been but we’ve got another home game this Saturday against Woolton before a home cup tie on Saturday 14th against Holker Old Boys.
Two away trips follow that, to AFC Blackpool on Wednesday 18th and Darwen on Saturday 21st before a return to Marley to play Garstang on Saturday 28th.
It would be great to see as many of you as possible at the upcoming games if you can make it!
Next up, it is Club Chevron Player of the Month time, and the voting is now open for the October POTM.
Simply reply to the email with the name of the player you wish to nominate, voting close next Tuesday!
Looking a little bit further ahead the annual Elephant Race Night is booked in for Saturday 28th November at Marley after the Garstang game.
Everyone is welcome to attend, and the cost is £5 per ticket and that includes food.
Also, sponsorship opportunities are still available for a few of the races, these are priced at £50 each race, drop us a line if you’re keen!
Lastly for now, the annual Christmas raffle is fast approaching, and ticket sales are now open!
Lots of great prizes on offer this year (big flat telly, fancy meal vouchers, booze, photography vouchers, plenty more I can’t think of!)
Tickets can be bought digitally at https://www.zeffy.com/en-GB/ticketing/steeton-afcs-annual-christmas-raffle–2026 – £2 each or 10 for a tenner!
The raffle is entirely digital this year to make it even easier to get involved!
Thanks, Matt & Ian.
