STEETON AFC are today delighted to announce the arrival of Majed Alasttal.
Alastall, who can operate in any position across the defensive line, arrives from NCEL Premier Division outfit Horbury Town on a dual-registration agreement.
Making two appearances to date this season for Horbury, this agreement allows the defender to get more gametime under his belt whilst also allowing the Chevrons to recruit in a position that needed cover.
Majed broke through at Farsley Celtic, making double figures in terms of appearance numbers for the club in the National League North during the 2024/25 season as the club were relegated under significant financial pressures.
Departing Throstle Nest following the folding of the club, he would spend last season with Knaresborough Town.
Following a solitary campaign with Knaresborough, Alasttal would move on again in the summer.
And following a successful trial period over pre-season, Majed landing at Horbury ahead of the start of the 2026/27 season.
