Steeton finally got three points on the board following a 4-2 win at Kirkburton. Andy King put Steeton ahead with an early goal before Burton levelled on the stroke of half time. An Andy Holden free kick restored Steeton's lead before two goals from Mark McGee put Steeton 4-1 up, a late goal from the home sued couldn't dampen the spirits.

The club was deeply saddened to hear earlier this week that Julia Lee had passed away. Julia has been involved with the junior set up since the boys started playing football and helped collect subs on a Friday night at training and also was always there to lend a hand on a Sunday morning in the tea shop.
Both Julia's sons, Stevie and Pat have played for the club over the years, with Pat returning to the club this season and Stevie being the youngest ever scorer for the club in a Keighley Cup Final.
Our thoughts are with Stevie, Pat and their father Terry at this sad time.
